NW Gulf  Federal Pilots

GALVESTON BAY (GB) ENTRANCE NW Gulf Federal Pilots provides pilotage service to U.S. flagged vessels and public vessels in coastwise trade from the Galveston Bay (GB) sea buoy to ports in Galveston, Texas City and Pelican Island.  Also, providing pilotage to the Bolivar Roads anchorage.

CALCASIEU CHANNEL (CC) ENTRANCE NW Gulf Federal Pilots provides pilotage service to U.S. flagged vessels and public vessels in coastwise trade from the Calcasieu Channel Lighted Whistle Buoy to ports in Cameron and Lake Charles, Louisiana.

The NW Gulf Federal pilots is licensed to pilot vessels of Any Gross Tons (unlimited tonnage) to/from and within the above ports and anchorage.

SERVICES PROVIDED TO:

• OILFIELD VESSELS: construction ships, pipe/trench ships and large osv’s/mpsv’s
• DRILLING RIGS: jackups, semi-submersibles, MODUs and Drill ships
• TOW VESSELS: ATBs, ITBs and other tows
• OTHER VESSELS: Mini-ships

Initially looking for smart ambitious professional mariners with a USCG Federal Pilot license of Any Gross Tons for the NW GOM region ship channels; able to work part/full time as independent contractors with a share-of-ownership opportunity.

To start: need Federal pilots to be the framers; to help grow the organization with emphasis on safety and efficient quality services to satisfied customers; additionally, willing to advance their knowledge piloting vessels in various ship channels in the region.

Career opportunities: framers will endure the responsibility to form a team of highly skilled advanced professional mariners into skilled First Class Pilots (FCP) with various FCP licenses for numerous ship channels.
